TERMS OF SERVICE

⭐️ IMPORTANT: When you hire me, you certify that you are of legal age to purchase, own, and view NSFW material. (Means you must be 18 or older)

⭐️ Payment is only accepted via invoice. I process all my invoices via PayPal or SumUp.

⭐️ I accept partial payments. Let me know if you'd like to use the partial payment option. If you don't indicate this, I'll invoice you for the full amount.
⭐️ If you use the partial payments option, I will only draw up to the sketch portion. I will only continue working after the next payment.

⭐️ All prices are given in Euro.
⭐️ I need an accurate reference picture of your character. (For highly detailed accessories/items that are not included in the previous reference, another reference image of this item would be helpful.)
⭐️ Please clearly state the poses and other information in your description. They don't need to be very detailed; I just need a general outline of how to draw it.
⭐️ I will not work with only text-based references of your character, as it forces me to create what is basically a custom design for you (Obviously fine when commissioning me for a custom design and refsheet).
⭐️ I reserve the right to reject your commission without having to justify myself.
⭐️ If my commission slots are full, I do not take anyone on the waiting list. Please wait till I officially open up again.
⭐️ I usually don’t need long to finish a commission, depending on its complexity, of course. But if it takes a little longer, please be patient, and I’ll make sure to let you know if it takes longer.
⭐️ Please let me know if you would like any changes to your commission before I finish. If it's just a tiny change, I may still be able to fix it for you, but I'm not going to dig up an already completed piece to redraw everything. I'll provide sketches before I draw lines so you can make sure you like them before I finish. (Requests for minor changes after I've started drawing are usually not a problem either!).
⭐️ Once I’m done, you’re free to upload the finished piece anywhere with proper artist credit.

⭐️ No one has permission to color sketches, lines, or any "unfinished" work. If you notice someone using my work in an unauthorized way, please notify me via Note & do not confront them.

⭐️ The commissioner may NOT use the piece for financial or commercial gain, such as making prints for distribution, SL mags, logos, etc, UNLESS stated otherwise!
